COVE Seaforth House

ARMADA have been commissioned to design and project manage the renovation of a classic 1980s harbourside home. The project includes the complete internal renovation of the existing house, new elevated Pool and Access to a new Private Waterfront Jetty and Boat House on the Sydney Harbour waterfront.

Secluded bays, foreshore bushlands and a close-knit community are what make Seaforth one of Sydney’s most sought-after neighbourhoods on the northern side of the bridge. Situated on a hillside overlooking moored yachts in the beautiful setting of Middle Harbour, Seaforth boast luxurious homes with views to the iconic Spit Bridge Marina.

The Orchard

ARMADA was commissioned to convert an existing 2000m2 site into a layered and environmentally responsive early learning space.

Our team undertook the initial feasibility, development approval, tendering and construction documentation of the centre that is due for completion early 2020.

We have completed over 15 uniquely designed early learning projects for large and small operators since opening in 2013.

Lisarow Health + Early Learning

Completed in 2024, the Essential Mixed Use Development delivers a modern precinct combining an integrated early learning centre with retail, medical, physiotherapy, and commercial spaces.

The project was designed with early learning at its core, featuring calm, well-zoned interiors, secure outdoor areas, and layouts shaped around regulations and best practice. Natural daylight drives the design, with large windows and skylights creating healthier, more comfortable environments while reducing energy use.

Coleman Agency

ARMADA has recently completed the Design and Approval documentation for a new Commercial Interior for Coleman Estate Agents NSW. The team has created a simple and innovative workspace to activate an existing high street shopfront.
